I think I just finished my final projects (!!!!) it’s fucking freezing in my apartment, my neck hurts, St. Vincent is good, I found a hole in my cardigan, I haven’t cleaned or packed yet, there’s some party going on upstairs, my neck really hurts
This is how I feel about being here when no one else is, growing older, other people’s expectations, our culture’s expectations, growing up, growing apart, being inside when it’s so nice outside, final essays, stale gum, that memory I can’t stop replaying, the poem I’m writing that isn’t very good, things getting lost in the mail
Things: Sucre’s album is beautiful and you should listen to it. Trying to solve problems but I’m running out of ideas. Coffee would be super nice right now. This art history article is just so boooooring
Philly-bound tomorrow! Bored and trying not to think about leaving because the log sheet says no one has been in here for the whole day (LAST SHIFT OF THE QUARTER), super tired from not getting much sleep this week, the entire first floor is basically a ghost town, I don’t feel like packing, or cleaning up my roommate’s messes in the kitchen, or waiting for my stuff on net render because someone’s been hogging it for a while, stoked to see rad people and start some personal projects, not really stoked for all the work I have to do next week: finish designing and coding my portfolio site and fixing up projects. So much for break. This was pretty whiney.
